In the Isle of Youth took place, this Wednesday, the graduation of 709 students who culminated with successes in their studies of the educational level Secondary Basic and which was dedicated to the 71 anniversary of the assault on the barracks Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Céspedes, also at the thirtieth anniversary of the national celebration of that anniversary.

The Caribbean cinema hosted a meeting where students from the institutions José Rafael Varona, Fructuoso Rodríguez and Manuel Ascunce met.

Emotive was the delivery of recognition to the most comprehensive students: Isabel Hernández, Rubibiannys Benítez, Emily de las Mercedes Reyes, Lauren Ariadna Santos, Marina Ramírez and Aitana Crespo, The latter spoke on behalf of the graduates and highlighted the support of teaching staff in the formation of values and their acquired knowledge, as well as the commitment to continue studies.

These integral graduates who finish their ninth grade stood out for their results in competition MININT, Raw Materials, Environment, Martian Workshops, Health, Read Marti, and Youth Seminar of Martian Studies among others.

At the event were also recognized outstanding teachers in the work of pedagogical interest circles, in the pioneer explorer movement. Also teachers who reached the category of "specialist teacher" and "principal specialist teacher". In addition, those educators who acted as tutors of students of pedagogical training in the exercise of professional practice.

Also highlighted were the preparation of the different subjects, the process of categorization of teachers, overcoming, scientific days, among other activities in the interests of greater general culture to students.

At the graduation ceremony, held in the Caribbean cinema, the graduates were urged to continue their studies, so that in the future they could be workers, technicians and professionals who would contribute to the social and economic development of the country.

For the new school year, the basic secondary education level will have as priorities methodological work, quality of learning and achieving greater teaching coverage
