Recognition of the MININT on its 63rd anniversary

The fighters of the Ministry of the Interior in the Isle of Youth celebrated, this Tuesday, the 63rd anniversary of that institution, with the commitment to continue fulfilling the sacred duty of protecting the socialist homeland.

In the Caribbean theater cinema, in Nueva Gerona, several institutions of the territory handed over to Colonel Ariel Bravo Estupiñan, delegate of the MININT in this island, recognition for the work of men and women in carrying out their missions throughout these years of Revolution.

Likewise, a large group of comrades received the distinction "Distinguished Service of the MININT", for several years in the armed corps, while others, for their selfless service and accomplished missions were promoted to the next higher grade.

Likewise, the distinction "Praise to Virtue" was given to several representatives of the different lines of work and for their selfless attitude to the accomplishment of the missions.

The status of Party member was conferred on several comrades who received the card accrediting them as members of the political organization.

Rafael Pantoja Caboverde, Chief of the Canine Technique, received special recognition for being the MININT official in the territory with the highest monetary contribution, in recent years, within the movement for the homeland.

In summing up the celebration for the 63 years of the creation of the Ministry of the Interior, Yander Zayas Pérez, member of the Municipal Bureau of the Party, highlighted the worth of men and women committed to protect the tranquility of the citizenry throughout these years, carrying out his daily work in defense of the Revolution and its conquests.

This Tuesday was undoubtedly for the fighters of the MININT in the Isle of Youth, a day of counting, and above all of commitment to continue winning new victories in favor of the Homeland.
