Creative initiatives, accompanying science, collective effort and training are necessary in the habitants of the Isle business system for a correct management of its resources, this premise was defended during the extraordinary session of the Municipal Assembly of Popular Power when evaluating the proposal for the economic plan and preliminary draft for 2025.  

During the reading of the report, Danay Mingorance Oliva, Director of Economy and Planning in the Island of Youth, explained that it is expected to grow net sales by 772 million pesos, This represents an increase in the planned level of the Livestock Company and the cooperatives compared with this year, but not in the Group of Companies as determined by the Commerce Company.

The main directives are directed to increase by 11% the contributions to the state budget, starting from the gradual recovery of the production of goods and services, fiscal control, the generation of productive jobs and the development of economic actors.

For its part, Daraysi Tamayo, director of Finance and Prices, I speak about the plan of the economy and I specify that modifications will be made before the end of the year due to the measures designed by the country in terms of distortions of the economy.

"I request that the plan be revised because Demajagua is not included in some works that must be completed this year," said Jorge Emmanuel Marzo Chabrol, President of the Demarcation.   Similarly, the delegate of the Reform Adis Pineda, suggested to the Company of Communal Services a change of mentality.

"Solid waste collection should be seen as raw materials and used to make use of that too".

Both delegates called for greater demand and control in the neighborhoods in transformation, for which a budget is also allocated but the call was to consistency.

Rafael Ernesto Licea,, president of the Government Body reaffirmed that the economic plan of the territory must be aligned with the Local Development Strategy, It is being reviewed and updated to achieve more goods and services for the economy and well-being of the pine forest dwellers.

The Intendant Adiel Morera Macías said inspiring words, "the people of the Island must go out to find what we need from here, without expecting it comes from anywhere, taking advantage of our potential to achieve development". The cadres need to be trained, accompanied by science and it must be understood that in present times one has to work efficiently for and with the people".

The most important thing about this regular session was to be clear about how much needs to be done for proper resource management, which should not be removed from local strategy.

The opinions of teachers from the high school were helpful, as they showed their willingness to train and accompany the pine forest business system, thus avoiding losses, poor services and problems end up in the local economy.
